Hours and Employment: Full Time 37.5 hr working week – Permanent Position. Days from Monday to Friday, core hours 9:00 – 17:30. Flexible hours may be required, including occasional weekend work.
This role involves providing excellent housing & estate services to rented properties within a defined geographical patch. You will act as the front‑facing representative of MTVH, coordinate internal and external services, and deliver high‑standard services both at an individual and local level. You will manage relationships with the Local Authority and other Housing Association partners and serve as the point of contact for customers regarding ASB complaints, estate services, tenancy management, enforcement, and lettings.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day‑to‑day housing operations, including tenancy enforcement and lettings
- Coordinate internal and external support services for residents
- Represent MTVH at community and local authority meetings
- Respond to customer enquiries in person, by phone, and in writing
- Analyze customer feedback and drive service improvements
- Report on projects against agreed targets
- Maintain office management duties (inboxes, keys, etc.)
What you'll need to succeed:
- Basic and essential car use
- Experience working in social housing
- Desirably experience in supported housing environments
- Good working knowledge of housing practice, housing law, and principles of service‑charge management
- Strong values of care, daring, and collaboration

Compliance Background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be conducted once an offer of employment is made. The cost will be paid by MTVH and a new check will be performed every three years.
