Systems Trainer Specialist – Full-time, Fixed-Term Position (12 months) £38,124-£40,130 The aim of this role is to lead on and deliver quality systems training to colleagues using the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and and other business systems as required. You will work closely with key stakeholders across MTVH to deliver an excellent service to our colleagues, training the step by step processes as well as supporting and embracing the positive changes the CRM system brings to our work. What you’ll need to succeed: To be a confident systems trainer, both in a classroom and virtual classroom environment Be able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and challenge positively Be customer-focused, positive and solution-focused Be flexible and able to manage a demanding schedule of training and system support Have experience of embedding values and culture principles into training programmes to promote and drive change Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is required with business insurance and access to transport.
