We’re on the lookout for an experienced Property Surveyor to play a key role in our dynamic Property Directorate. This is your opportunity to take ownership of challenging repairs, structural issues, and major defects delivering real results for our residents while balancing quality, compliance, and value for money.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the investigation and resolution of non-routine repairs, disrepair claims, damp and mould issues, and ad hoc planned replacements. You’ll bring a proactive and resident-focused mindset, working collaboratively across departments to ensure every home is safe, secure, and well-maintained.
