Information Coordinator 7-month Contract – Part-time (30 hours) or Full-time (37.5 hours) Nottingham, Beeston Be part of our New Homes Services and make a significant impact within the New Homes Services Team at MTVH. We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide an effective interface between the Development Directorate and all other MTVH Directorates and to ensure service information and documentation is complete, accurately recorded, and provided timely. Internally this is an excellent secondment opportunity. Responsibilities of the role Support the Customer Improvement Team across various projects. Collate handover information of recently completed developments. Input data of new properties onto the Northgate database. Use the Northgate database for reporting and answering queries. Collaborate with Customer Services and Property Directorate colleagues. Support the transition from legacy systems to new business systems. Manage contract documentation during the mobilisation process. Assist operational customer care teams in complying with policies and procedures. Support the production of Customer Improvement KPI scores, customer satisfaction, and performance information. Provide technical, administrative, and social media support to customer care teams.
