We’re looking for an exceptional Head Chef and Sous Chefs in some of our fantastic sites in West London. Here at Metro Pub Company, our mission is simple - we want this to be the best place you’ve ever worked. Sounds good – but who are we? We’re Metropolitan Pub Company (or Metro Pub Co for short). You’ve probably never heard of us as a collective but that’s the way we like it! Our pubs are unique and individual and we wouldn’t want them to feel any other way. We’re massive advocates of local pubs being just that, local, with their own character and charm. We were acquired by Greene King in 2011 and have continued to flourish under their umbrella. We have around 65 “urban locals” where we are proud to create warm and friendly places our guests don’t want to leave and teams who feel exactly the same.
