We’re looking for an exceptional Head Chef and Sous Chefs in some of our fantastic sites in East London. Here at Metro Pub Company, our mission is simple - we want this to be the best place you’ve ever worked. This truly is a wonderful opportunity for any dedicated and passionate Chef to join a well-established company that is passionate about delivering incredible food and exceptional service.

Like any family, we’re protective over who we let into our fold – we only want the crème de la crème for our precious MPCo but we’re looking to expand the family and have opportunities for both full and part-time kitchen team across our 62 sites.

We’re Metropolitan Pub Company (or Metro Pub Co for short). Our pubs are unique and individual and we wouldn’t want them to feel any other way. We’re massive advocates of local pubs being just that, local, with their own character and charm. We were acquired by Greene King in 2011 and have continued to flourish under their umbrella. We have around 65 “urban locals” where we are proud to create warm and friendly places our guests don’t want to leave and teams who feel exactly the same.
