We’re looking for exceptional General Managers and Assistant Managers for sites in West London. Metropolitan Pub Company (Metro Pub Co) aims to be the best place you’ve ever worked, delivering amazing environments that guests don’t want to leave. We value local, independent pubs with strong characters and a welcoming family culture, and we’re expanding the team across 62 sites with opportunities for both full- and part-time roles. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations across West London pubs to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service and environment.
- Develop, motivate and lead teams; foster a collaborative, local-pub culture with individual character.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational practices across sites.
- Support recruitment, training and development of staff; participate in the apprenticeship programme where appropriate.
- Contribute to a positive, family-like workplace that values people over CVs and encourages personal growth.
