We’re looking for exceptional General Managers and Assistant Managers in some of our fantastic sites in East London. Here at Metro Pub Company, our mission is simple - we want this to be the best place you’ve ever worked. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission; delivering amazing environments our guests don’t want to leave.
Our pubs and our people have so much in common; individual, strong characters, local, independent and simply the best! Like any family, we’re protective over who we let into our fold – we only want the crème de la crème for our precious MPCo but we’re looking to expand the family and have opportunities for both full and part-time kitchen team across our 62 sites.
We know we’re super lucky as we get to choose our family – we’re relaxed if you don’t have the right kind of experience – we recruit people not CVs.
