Metro Pubs in the City of London is seeking a friendly, reliable Cook/Chef to run a small, welcoming pub kitchen. This is a one-person kitchen with a calm, steady pace, Monday to Friday 10:30am–4:30pm, no weekends or bank holidays.
The role emphasizes independence, responsibility and the ability to organise the kitchen with a focus on quality, hygiene and presentation. Previous Cook or Chef experience is required.
