The St Margarets Tavern is a busy gastro pub at the heart of the local community. We serve freshly prepared, seasonal dishes to a discerning local clientele as well as catering for large crowds on rugby days as we are just a stone's throw from Twickenham stadium. We are also offering the option to live in at the St Margaret's which comprises of a double room with shared kitchen and bathroom facility.

Responsibilities
- You’ll work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager’s away.
- You’ve already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we’re keen to know what you’ve learnt.
- We’re much more interested in who you are and what you’re really like. What are you like to work with? How do you rally a team? Are you calm when things don’t go to plan? What makes you laugh? We want to get to know you and your way of doing things.
