Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to generate seller leads and new listings
- Conduct property market appraisals and position listings effectively
- Photograph properties and write compelling listings
- Manage your pipeline, conduct client viewings, and close deals
- Advise clients with transparency and confidence
- Build long-term relationships and grow your personal brand
- Stay informed on market trends and community developments

What We’re Looking For
- Background in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, finance, or luxury retail
- Fluent in English (other languages like French, Arabic, or Russian are a plus)
- Driven, coachable, and motivated to build a long-term career
- Professional presence and confident communicator
- Willing to relocate to Dubai within 30–60 days
- No previous Dubai real estate experience required – full training provided
