Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Professionals to join our growing team. From day one, you will receive full support and mentorship from our experienced leadership team to help you succeed. You will have the opportunity to close deals across both the secondary market and off-plan projects — including exclusive launches by Dubai’s top developers.

Responsibilities

• Handle listings, viewings, and client negotiations
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and landlords
• Guide tenants through the rental process professionally and transparently
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s property laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
• Progress into sales and off-plan with full training, mentorship, and access to leads and events
• Maintain relationships with clients, offering end-to-end property solutions
• Use CRM systems, marketing tools, and company support to optimize your daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
