As LMS Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, support and optimisation of the organisation’s Learning Management System.
You’ll manage incoming tickets and requests via Service Now, ensuring learners and stakeholders receive timely and accurate support, and maintain high-quality data and system integrity.
Plus, you’ll contribute to broader administrative activity so that our learning offer is as effective as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for LMS-related queries submitted through Service Now
- Triage, resolve and escape tickets according to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Maintain accurate records of resolutions and recurring issues to improve service quality.
- Provide clear, professional guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Maintain data accuracy, user records and learning histories.
- Ensure all content and data management processes adhere to organisational policies, GDPR and government standards.
- Support compliance monitoring and reporting for mandatory learning.
- Support Learning Technologies with projects, system enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with facilitators, HR colleagues, and subject matter experts.
- Administer LMS roles, permissions and access groups to ensure users have appropriate access levels.
- Regularly review user access removing outstates roles and ensuring a least-privileged access model.
