The Business Support Officer provides business and secretariat support to the Office of the Police Chief Scientific Adviser (OPCSA). You will be the first point of contact, maintaining the professional image of the team and ensuring efficient administration of meetings, committees and governance structures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretariat support for OPCSA meetings, functional committees and governance structures.
  • Plan and manage multiple work‑streams, prioritising competing tasks and escalated issues.
  • Prepare accurate minutes, reports and financial documents, maintaining records and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve administrative errors or issues, seeking guidance when necessary.
