Join us, and you’ll be part of a highly skilled technical team working on incidents, problems and changes at our ITIL-aligned CSC. \n Supporting national live services and infrastructure, you’ll tackle both operational and project-related tasks, expertly managing your workload. You’ll also get involved in building new systems and services with the latest networking technologies. \n As the centre operates 24/7, you’ll be part of a team of engineers covering 7am to 7pm weekdays (on call, approximately 1 week in 4). Due to the nature of the systems, the role is office-based with occasional options for working from home.
