The starting salary is £48,995, which includes allowances totalling £3,009. The salary is broken down as £45,986 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £54,863. Plus, a location allowance of £2,009 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

The Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) Business Change Team has an exciting opportunity to help deliver our portfolio of change across the CTP network.
Joining our rapidly growing Business Change team, we’re looking for a Business Change Manager to help our business understand, prepare, adopt and embed highly complex and diverse change. It’s your chance to play a part in a challenge that’s as important as it gets: protecting the UK and its communities.
You will join the team and be responsible for the day-to-day management and application of the Business Change framework, tools and methodology to implement sustainable change across the national Counter Terrorism Policing Network.
You will join the team with a broad understanding of change management, and with support from the team will become a specialist in your field. You will work as part of a busy team, supporting the Business Change Leads in delivering our change portfolio and working closely with our change network and stakeholders.
- An understanding of the principles of change management or transferrable skills.
- The ability to use information to assess how change is landing and assess risks and blockers, supporting effective decision-making.
- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines in a pressured environment.
- Strong IT skills in the use of Microsoft products, especially MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Applying established change management methodologies (for example, Prosci, APMG Change Management/Agent etc.)
- Working for a (local) government, security agency or within a policing environment.
