We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic candidate who will join our team and help us take the food offering at Metropolitan to new heights. With four function rooms and a large Bar/Restaurant, there is plenty to do whether catering en-masse for 250 people or individual bar meals.

We are looking for a person who can help us build a great reputation for great pub grub & fine food.
