In your new role as Regional Workspace Services Manager (formerly Regional Facilities Manager) you will report to the Head of Workspace Services and join a highly motivated, customer-focused team. You will act as a role model, deliver service excellence, own the customer interface, build meaningful stakeholder relationships, and foster continuous improvement and colleague development within an enthusiastic and dynamic "One" team spirit.

You will maintain and, where possible, exceed KPIs in areas such as statutory compliance and health and safety. Your collaboration with peers and colleagues will shape how you provide an environment that supports staff growth. Regular travel between MTVH sites in London and Nottingham/Derby is required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Track record of commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a similar field.
  • Working toward or holding a qualified professional status, with at least Certificate Level of qualification.
  • Leadership and people‑management experience.
  • Demonstrable problem‑solving and solution-oriented experience within a similar-sized portfolio.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Experience in the housing sector is desirable but not essential.
