Metropolitan Gaming is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with Premium London Casino leadership, supporting the delivery of strategic and operational people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.

You will line-manage an HR Co-Ordinator and report into the Group HR Director.

The role requires CIPD Level 7 or equivalent senior HRBP experience, with proven ability to influence senior leaders, coach, manage complex ER matters, and drive data-led HR initiatives.
