What We Are Looking For

Develop and deliver revenue enhancing brand and marketing strategies for Premium casinos of Metropolitan Mayfair, Marble Arch, and Park Lane. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and local management team to ensure that financial and strategic goals are met through the creation and execution of profitable and engaging initiatives.

Main Duties

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan for the casino, ensuring it supports financial and strategic goals and maximises revenues.
  • Responsible for the delivery of performance metrics for the marketing function around revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
  • Understand and interpret customer and business data to drive marketing decisions and eliminate ineffective marketing spend.
  • Ensure activity supports the central marketing strategy.
  • Establish key target audience segments and ensure we are the casino of choice for those segments in the local market.
  • Manage the marketing budget to achieve visitation and revenue objectives for the businesses, ensuring all monthly forecasts are accurate and in line with budget.
  • Execute central promotions and initiatives as advised by Senior Marketing Management.
  • Manage and maintain all customer facing communications and ensure the casino website and digital channels are always accurate and up to date.
  • Work alongside the Customer Relations team to ensure the development of HVCs and potential HVCs and encourage higher levels of visitation and loyalty from this valuable segment.
  • Champion the loyalty programme on property, supporting new card sign up targets and card usage via casino employees.
  • Work cross functionally with the F&B teams to maximise revenues.
  • Prepare quarterly reports and promotional performance analysis focusing on ROI and profitability for presentation at quarterly marketing reviews.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor performance and ensure marketing programmes are driving market share.
  • Ensure all signage and on‑property communications are current and in good order.
  • Ensure all activity adheres to the marketing and promotions manuals and is approved via the required channels.
  • Ensure correct process is followed for all campaigns and activities, as instructed by the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure marketing activity is aligned to the brand guidelines.
