  • What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an Electronic Gaming Host to maintain overall efficiency and operation of the Electronic Dept, maintaining the highest standard of efficiency and security in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Make regular Inspections for Tampering, Repairs and Maintenance of all Gaming Electronic Units
  • Greet and engage guests in the electronic gaming area, providing friendly and professional service.
  • Assist guests with machine operation, game selection, ticketing, and payouts as needed.
  • Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with gambling regulations, venue policies, and safer gaming standards.
  • Promote Metropolitan Loyalty programme and encourage guest enrolment and participation.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly, escalating to supervisors or technicians when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, promotions, and payouts.
  • Support promotional events, tournaments, and special activities on the gaming floor.
  • Ensure all machines and areas are clean and operational
  • Stay up to date on current games, features, and venue promotions to provide informed assistance to guests.
  • Collaborate with the technical and security teams to report malfunctions or suspicious activity.
  • Follow all gaming regulations, casino policies, and safer gaming procedures.
  • Immediately report any concerns regarding the security of the games
  • Report all incidents regarded as suspicious as defined by the AML training
  • Carry out maintenance of gaming machines/equipment.

This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.

Electronic Gaming hosts will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
