What We Are Looking For
As a F&B Attendant at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. F&B Attendants are flexible to our customers' needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
- Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.
- Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and with expert knowledge, maintaining the highest standards.
- Engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience.

Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK. This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends, and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling. F&B Attendants will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
