What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and proactive Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all F&B departments optimising the highest standards of product and service whilst maximising profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage and train the food and beverage team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
- Maintain an inventory of food and beverage supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Work closely with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring a variety of options and high-quality offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee financial aspects of the food and beverage department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage restaurant bookings and inquiries, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK. This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling. Food and Beverage Managers will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
