What We Are Looking For

As a F&B Attendant at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. F&B Attendants are flexible to our customers' needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
  • Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.
  • Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and with expert knowledge, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience.
