We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to carry out general manual duties within the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef, and to ensure that all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Keep Bin Room tidy and clean, wash and disinfect daily.
- Economise on use of chemicals and in particular disposable items such as rubber gloves and cloths; liaise with Sous Chef when new stock is required.
- Carry out duties for the restaurant and bar in a courteous manner without asking for incentives.
- Carry out safe cleaning of floors using appropriate warning signs.
- Carry out any other duties as requested by the Sous Chef.

Please note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK. This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week. Kitchen Porters will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet and working directly with the public.
