Metropolitan CCTV & Security Services is a fast-growing, ambitious security company that is consistently exceeding targets and expanding rapidly. We are now looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our growth across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a 12-month growth strategy with full ownership of new business acquisition
  • Hunt out and win new contracts across construction sites, commercial premises, events, and more
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients while actively expanding our network
  • Position Metropolitan as the go-to security partner in the region
  • Promote our full range of services:
    • Temporary & permanent site CCTV (mains or solar-powered)
    • Mobile patrols & rapid response
    • Key holding & open/lock-up services
    • Static guarding
    • Security dog teams

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record of winning new business in the security industry (essential)
  • Existing contacts and knowledge in construction, facilities management, events, retail or similar sectors (big advantage)
  • Natural hunter with strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and loves seeing their pipeline turn into revenue
  • Passionate about the security sector and building long-term client partnerships
