About us
We’re Metroline Manchester, the newest addition to the Bee Network, buzzing in Greater Manchester since January 2025! We now operate over 200 routes on behalf of Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) from Hyde Road (Head Office), Tameside, Sharston and Wythenshawe depots.

Job Summary
- Pay: £13.50 in training rising to £14.75 after 2-3 months
- Hours: Full time 38 hours per week, no experience required
- Location: Hyde Road (M12 6JS) and Sharston (M22 4RB)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring your mighty bus is kept in a clean and roadworthy condition
- Driving in a safe manner in accordance with current road and traffic legislation whilst executing challenging manoeuvres
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service with a can-do attitude and positive approach
- Maintaining highest levels of professionalism whilst ensuring smooth and safe transportation for our diverse range of passengers
- Collaborating with the wider team and support functions to exceed performance targets

Requirements
- All candidates must have held a full valid, and clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 6 months
- No more than 6 points (Subject to endorsement type)
- A positive and professional approach with excellent communication skills to engage and assist our passengers from all walks of life
- Prepared to work varying shifts including early starts, late finishes and weekends
Hours of Work
Full time permanent contract 38 hours per week – 5 working days a week
