As part of the UK SAP Centre of Excellence, this role provides Level 2 functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, including EC and ECP applications and processes across UK and Ireland entities.
The analyst operates as a hands-on generalist and is expected to cross-cover key integration operations (monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment support, and documentation), escalating complex issues to the UK Support Manager and the Global CoE team when required.

Application Management
Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors, helping to keep the platform reliable, secure, and effective for HR teams, managers and employees. The role will investigate and resolve incidents and service requests, maintain system data and configuration, support testing and releases, and work with internal teams and external partners to deliver continuous improvement.
Operator Support
The post holder will provide clear user guidance, maintain support documentation, and ensure issues are managed in line with agreed service levels and change controls.
