Compensation
- While in training, you will receive £14.80 per hour.
- After learning with our expert trainers and passing your PCV licence modules, you will earn £16.23 per hour, Mon‑Fri as a basic and up to £16.86 per hour on weekends in year one alone.
- Your salary will rise with length of service, to as much as £20.12 per hour basic after three years, with the potential of up to £23.81 per hour on the weekend (overtime).
- If you already hold a PCV driving licence when you join us, you could earn £17.51 or £20.12 per hour straight away depending on experience, with even higher rates on weekends.
