Braddell Limited employs over c6,700 people, mostly based in London, where it operates 13 garages under the brand Metroline, with various other businesses throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Braddell has successfully expanded into Manchester, securing four bus franchises in the region. Building on this achievement, the company is now focused on further expansion into other UK regions, capitalising on the growing number of bus franchising opportunities.
The finance business partner will lead the financial development of tender submissions, ensuring bids are commercially robust, viable and aligned with Metroline's growth strategy. This role involves collaboration across teams to deliver accurate financial models and strategic insights for winning bids.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis and pricing for tenders
- Develop and populate bid financial models and client templates
- Prepare assumptions records, KPI's, and benchmarks
- Complete cap-ex plans, balance sheet, working capital and funding plans
- Create risk and opportunities matrices
- Provide timely, accurate financial and commercial insights
- Collaborate with bid teams to ensure integrated, methodical approaches
- Contribute to the wider Bid such as Bid / Delivery Plan Reviewing

ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified. Experience of working on bids / tenders (desirable).
Hours of work: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
