As part of the UK SAP Centre of Excellence, this role provides Level 2 functional support for procurement and procure-to-pay (P2P) applications and processes across UK entities. Role provides Procure-to-Pay support services, providing expertise across Coupa, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, supplier onboarding, approval workflows, purchasing operations, invoice processing and procurement controls. The analyst will support continuous improvement initiatives, testing activities, process optimisation and future application enhancements in partnership with the Global CoE and business stakeholders.
Analysts operate as generalists: while an individual may have stronger experience in specific areas (e.g., sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing/workflows, integrations), all team members are expected to cross support incoming tickets across the full Procurement application scope, working collectively and leveraging vendor partners for deeper SME expertise where required.
The role contributes to incident, change, problem, and release management, ensuring procurement applications remain stable, compliant, and continuously improved.
