Key responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Handle payments and process transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and courteously

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic math and POS system knowledge
