We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Sales Advisor for our menswear store based at Metrocentre.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and customer service to a diverse clientele.
- Take charge of merchandising, stock management and visual presentation of the shop.
- Operate till and card machine accurately and efficiently.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly rate based on the National Minimum Wage.
- Weekly commission payable on team sales (no individual target).
- 28 days holiday pro‑rated to contracted hours.
- Workplace pension scheme.
- Staff discount scheme.
Working hours:
- Part‑time, typically 15 hours per week during store opening hours.
- Additional hours may be required to cover staff shortages or busy periods.
Requirements:
