A Dermalogica Business Account Manager is at the true heart of where these results happen in our Business. Based on the shop floor with your team, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will drive new business opportunities and encourage your team to think outside the box and help them excel.
Qualifications:- Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals (essential)
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, which must include Microneedling and Chemical Peels (Dermalogica will fund this if not held, worth £3,200)
- At least 2-year management experience, ideally within a retail environment
- Outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire and draw customers
- Passion for skin health like no other; inspire others with this passion
- Guide customers through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting at every touchpoint, aiming to wow with a personalized experience
- Perform treatments and set up a skincare programme combining treatment and homecare to achieve goals, sharing treatment plans and educating on recommended homecare
- Drive retail growth month-on-month by motivating and supporting the team, thinking creatively with event ideas, and exceeding all location targets & KPIs
- Lead in-store events, on-counter activity, and masterclasses, ensuring all events are fully booked
- Be a role model and perform all services at the highest standard; provide on-counter training to the team on new innovations with the support of the District Sales & Education Manager and Retail Training Manager
- Work independently as a one-person counter
- Adhere to grooming standards to embody Dermalogica ethos daily
