We’re looking for an outgoing, trend-conscious Sales Assistant who loves talking to people and helping them discover pieces that match their personal aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Style Consultation: Chat with customers, understand their personality, and curate jewellery choices tailored to their personal look or occasion.
- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, friendly, and approachable atmosphere in-store through natural conversation.
- Product Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of our collections, metals, gemstones, and design details to inspire shoppers.
- Sales & Store Operations: Drive sales, handle point-of-sale transactions, and help maintain clean, inspiring visual displays.
- What We’re Looking For
