What you will do:
• Deliver key business processes with accuracy, efficiency and a strong focus on quality and customer outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement by creating, refining and documenting product processes that enhance colleague and customer experiences.
• Partner with the Lead Product Manager and Product Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of product initiatives and projects.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working, increase efficiency and simplify processes.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and senior leaders across the business.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, customer needs, operational processes and regulatory requirements to support informed decision-making.
• Work closely with Store and Telephone Banking teams to ensure colleagues have the knowledge, tools and guidance needed to confidently support customers and deliver great outcomes.

What you will need:
• Experience working within a financial services environment, or a similar regulated industry, with an understanding of the importance of governance, risk and customer outcomes.
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences, with a strong desire to help develop innovative, customer-focused propositions that meet customer needs, support business objectives and create meaningful value for our customers.
• Quick learner who is naturally curious and proactive, asking insightful questions to build your knowledge, gather information and confidently drive tasks and projects forward.
• Srong communicator, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, adapting your style to different audiences and stakeholders.
