As part of our European Roadfreight Customer Services team, you’ll manage daily operations for key clients, ensuring their goods are delivered quickly, cost-effectively, and with exceptional service. If you’re passionate about logistics, customer relationships, and making a real impact - this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be the main point of contact for some of our most valued clients, managing their shipments and building lasting relationships.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day operations support.
- Support our Senior Account Manager team with day-to-day operations.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues throughout the UK and Europe, to help facilitate smooth and frictionless transport of orders to, from and within the continent.
- Enter shipments on our in-house system, generating orders and instructions for our suppliers.
- Manage multiple tasks at the same time, enjoying a busy and fast-paced atmosphere.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service with prompt responses and proactive communication.
- Understand individual customer requirements and tailor your approach.
- Input accurate information into internal systems and follow procedures.
Ownership
Degree level is a plus.
