As part of our European Roadfreight Customer Services team, you’ll manage daily operations for key clients, ensuring their goods are delivered quickly, cost‑effectively, and with exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll be the main point of contact for some of our most valued clients, managing their shipments and building lasting relationships.
  • Support our Senior Account Manager team with day-to-day operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues throughout the UK and Europe.
  • Enter shipments on our in-house system, generating orders and instructions for our suppliers.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a busy and fast‑paced atmosphere.

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional service with prompt responses and proactive communication.
  • Understand individual customer requirements and tailor your approach.
  • Input accurate information into internal systems and follow procedures.

Ownership & Responsibility

  • Take full ownership of your workload and manage tasks independently.
  • Show initiative and a desire to grow within the business.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in European Roadfreight (preferred but not essential).
