We're looking for a commercially minded Graduate Commercial Performance Analyst to join our team at Birmingham HQ.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Graduate who enjoys turning financial data into meaningful commercial insight, challenging the status quo, and influencing decision-making that drives sustainable business growth.
You'll work closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance and senior stakeholders to protect profitability, improve commercial outcomes and support a culture of disciplined, data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Commercial Performance team, you'll be responsible for protecting and enhancing profitability across the business. Your role will include:
- Analysing profitability, margin performance and P&L results across customers, departments and the wider business.
- Monitoring actual versus expected profitability, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing commercial insight and recommendations to support pricing decisions, forecasting and strategic planning.
- Challenging loss-making activity, margin erosion and low-quality revenue streams while supporting corrective action.
- Acting as a trusted business partner to Commercial, Operations and senior leadership teams.
- Supporting improvements to pricing governance, reporting frameworks and profitability controls.
- Translating complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement through scalable processes, robust analysis and commercial discipline.
- What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who's not only analytically strong but passionate about driving commercial performance. You'll need:
- Graduated in the last 2 years ideally within a relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, resilient and commercially focused mindset
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial reporting or BI tools.
