We’re looking for a customer-focused Ocean Export professional to join our high-performing team based at our Birmingham Business Park HQ.

As part of our Ocean Customer Services team, you’ll be the heartbeat of our international freight operations, ensuring goods travel smoothly across borders and oceans.

Building strong relationships with customers to deliver outstanding service.

Coordinating timely freight movement with complete and accurate documentation.

Arranging haulage with shipping lines and ensuring dispatch readiness.

Communicating clearly with overseas agents, suppliers, and customers.

Navigating ERP and SAP systems to support client operations.

Taking ownership of your development and staying ahead in your field.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced, but passionate about logistics. Solid knowledge of ocean freight operations.

A sharp eye for detail and understanding of its commercial impact.

Strong numerical and commercial acumen.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and Windows systems (Cargowise experience is a plus).
