We're looking for a Commercial Performance Analyst Apprentice to join our team at Birmingham HQ.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated & inquisitive individual who enjoys turning working with data, challenging the status quo, and influencing decision-making that drives sustainable business growth.
You'll work closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance and senior stakeholders to protect profitability, improve commercial outcomes and support a culture of disciplined, data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Commercial Performance team, you'll be responsible for protecting and enhancing profitability across the business. Your role will include:
- Analysing profitability, margin performance and P&L results across customers, departments and the wider business.
- Monitoring actual versus expected profitability, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing commercial insight and recommendations to support pricing decisions, forecasting and strategic planning.
- Challenging loss-making activity, margin erosion and low-quality revenue streams while supporting corrective action.
- Acting as a trusted business partner to Commercial, Operations and senior leadership teams.
- Supporting improvements to pricing governance, reporting frameworks and profitability controls.
- Translating complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement through scalable processes, robust analysis and commercial discipline.
