This is a role for someone with existing supervisor or management experience; unfortunately, this isn’t the right role for someone to step up into management for the first time. We would want to see experience of maintaining great working cultures, as well as the harder sides of leadership like conflict management. Candidates should also show experience in warehouse, factory or operations environments.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:As someone who has experience in warehouses or factories, candidates should have knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and have an MHE licence (for example, forklift). Communication is important within this role, so a good level of English, both spoken and written is essential. There are also reports as part of the role, so we would want to see experience with Excel and other Microsoft programs. It would be great if candidates had qualifications such as IOSH, first aid and fire marshalling, but these aren’t mandatory.
Why Join Us:- Work in an environment where safety is our first priority.
- The opportunity to build a career with a growing company.
- Company sponsored social events.
- Community volunteering.
- Death in Service.
- Medical Cover.
- BUPA Cashplan.
