The predicted salary is between 20.76 - 27.53 £ per hour.
This position supports the mission and vision of Records & Registration by managing placement materials, overseeing student record imaging, providing administrative support for the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Committee, and maintaining student records. The role also supports application processing, transfer evaluations, and graduation workflows, contributing to accurate, timely, and student-centered admissions and records functions. The position delivers high-quality service related to admissions, records, and registration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Communication skills sufficient to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
- Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, welcoming, courteous and accurate information to customers in person, by phone, and through email and written correspondence.
- Knowledge and skill in data entry and spreadsheet use sufficient to accurately perform job functions using software such as Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and skill in word processing sufficient to produce correspondence and reports using software such as Microsoft Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of private information in accordance with applicable laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of RCTC policies, procedures, and programs.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Experience with the Integrated Statewide Reporting System (ISRS), uAchieve, and Perceptive Content.
- Analytical skills sufficient to assess issues and apply RCTC policies and procedures as appropriate.

8:00 am - 4:30 pm / Monday - Friday
