About Metro Rod Founded in 1983, Metro Rod and its sister company Metro Plumb are leading providers of drain clearance and maintenance services delivered on a largely reactive basis. The services are provided by over 60 franchisees with geographical coverage across the UK. We’ve been clearing and unblocking drains for more than thirty years and we’re proud of our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
What’s involved?
- To carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer’s drains
- To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
- To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
- To maintain your branded company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards
- Accurately record work / job details via a range of bespoke internal / client systems and applications
- Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Commitment to working for a 24/7 and 365 service provider - this may involve participation in on call rotas or occasional unsociable hours
What do we look for?
- Experience in Drainage essential
- High pressure water jetting experience
- CSCS
- Have experience with CCTV Surveys and Lining an advantage
- Will have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
- Want to be part of an exciting, growing and progressive business with an increasingly formidable brand presence
- Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- MUST live in the locations listed at the top
