Metro Rod Bournemouth are looking for dedicated and technically skilled individuals who want to develop their engineering careers within this sector and are committed to providing exceptional service to our valued, highâprofile customers. We will work with you from the outset to establish the optimum working pattern that suits your needs as well as those of the business. The role will provide a wide range of emergency and contracted services to both commercial and domestic customers.
What's involved:
- Carry out a range of services associated with tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of customer drains
- Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
- Work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures
- Maintain your branded company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards
- Accurately record work/job details via bespoke internal/client systems and applications
- Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Commitment to working for a 24/7, 365 service provider â may involve onâcall rosters or occasional unsociable hours
What do we look for:
- Experience in drainage essential â minimum of 2 years
- Highâpressure water jetting experience
- CSCS qualification
- Experience with CCTV surveys and lining an advantage
- Positive, flexible, canâdo attitude
- Willingness to work occasional or unsociable hours
- Full UK driving licence
- MUST live in the Dorset area
