Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers' drains.
- Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Carrying out surveys.
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications.
- Communicating effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four, variable according to business needs.
Requirements:
- High pressure water jetting experience.
- Surveying experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial drainage.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
- Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work some unsociable hours.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must live in the Devon area.
