Location: West Yorkshire, UK. 42½ hours per week (8 am–6 pm). Base pay £14–£16 per hour plus overtime.
Metro Rod is a reactive 24/7 plumbing service working with major national and local retailers, providing drain clearance and maintenance services across the UK. As part of the Franchise Brands group, we serve a diverse portfolio of clients in FM, social housing, property management, retail, industrial and leisure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain toilets, taps, ball valves, siphons, flexible hoses, pipework, radiator valves, cylinders, boilers and heating systems for domestic and commercial customers.
- Attend heating and gas emergencies, general plumbing installations, leaks and other urgent issues.
- Maintain a high customer service rating through timely and skilled responses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Engineer for both domestic and commercial customers.
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent).
- Unvented certification.
- DBS checked or willingness to undergo DBS check.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS Card.
- Flexibility to work overtime.
