Reactive Drainage & Excavation Engineer

What’s involved?

• Carry out a range of services associated with our emergency services offering: cleaning, clearance, repair, installation and maintenance of customer assets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertise.
• Operate in accordance with H&S and quality procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of company service, vehicles and equipment.
• Accurately record completed work details via internal and client systems.
• Communicate effectively to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times.
• Have a positive and helpful can‑do attitude.
• Cover normal working hours and be on call for out‑of‑hours work on a rota basis, with flexibility to cover emergency situations as required.

What do we look for?

• Experience in commercial & domestic drainage is essential.
• Experience in drain cleaning, repairs and patch lining.
• Experience with HPWJ, confined spaces and CSCS tickets.
• Have experience with CCTV surveys and lining (advantage).
• Bring a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.

• Be willing to work occasional unsociable hours.
• Hold a full UK driving licence – must be over 21 for insurance purposes.
