The predicted salary is between 26400 - 39600 £ per year.
Salary: £33K basic plus door to door paid overtime, plus £50 per job for additional work brought in.
To cover FK, EH, KY and TD postcode areas 8-5pm with on-call rota (1 in 8 weekends including bank holidays).

What does it entail?
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers’ drains.
- Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Carrying out surveys.
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
- Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four - variable according to the business needs.
What are we looking for?
- High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying experience in commercial drainage beneficial but not essential as full training provided for the right candidate.
- Confined space entry experience.
- CSCS tickets.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
- Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Want to be part of a growing and progressive business.
- Be willing to work some unsociable hours.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must be able to cover the areas mentioned above.
