Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers' drains.
  • Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
  • Carrying out surveys.
  • Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
  • Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
  • Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
  • Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four - variable according to the business needs.
  • High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying with experience in commercial drainage beneficial but not essential as full training provided for the right candidate.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
  • Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Want to be part of a growing and progressive business.
  • Be willing to work some unsociable hours.

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of an on-call rota.
